BHC’s Ethel Residences Wins UDIA Queensland Award for Excellence

November 07, 2025

BHC is proud to announce that Ethel Residences has been named the winner of the Affordable Housing category at the UDIA Queensland Award for Excellence.

Designed by Ultralinea Architecture, this remarkable development is home to 34 households, and made possible through the strength of the BHC-QIC Consortium, with funding support from the Queensland Government, institutional investment from Australian Retirement Trust and financing from Housing Australia.

This award is a testament to the dedication of our team and the incredible collaboration with our partners who helped bring this vision to life.

We would also like to congratulate the other entrants and award recipients for their outstanding contributions to the delivery of quality housing across Queensland.
