Expressions of Interest Open for BHC Board Director Vacancies

BHC is seeking Expressions of Interest from suitably qualified individuals to fill three upcoming vacancies on its Board of Directors.

The vacancies arise as part of the Board’s succession planning and renewal process and provide an opportunity to contribute to the governance and strategic direction of an organisation committed to creating homes, empowering lives and enabling transformation. As BHC continues to grow and increase the supply of affordable housing across Queensland, successful candidates will help shape the organisation’s future direction and contribute to its ongoing impact.

BHC is seeking candidates with board, governance and leadership experience who have an understanding of and commitment to promoting affordable housing. Experience in the areas of finance and accounting, housing development and procurement, asset management, social and affordable housing management, social policy development, community welfare, human resources, law, information technology and governance will be highly regarded.

BHC encourages applications from people with diverse backgrounds, including those with lived and living experience.
