Our Team

Jingeri

Jingeri opened in 2018 as a purpose-built development designed to support independent living for people with disability.

Located in Enoggera, close to public transport and local amenities, the building offers 10 one-bedroom homes built to Gold Livable Housing Design Standards. With generous communal spaces and thoughtful architectural features, Jingeri provides residents with a safe, accessible environment that fosters independence, connection, and dignity.

Jingeri was awarded the prestigious UDIA QLD Mitchell Brandtman Awards for Excellence in the Affordable Housing category, and the Affordable Development Award in the UDIA Wingate National Awards for Excellence in 2020. This marked BHC’s first UDIA National win.

The development also received a High Commendation in the 2019 PowerHousing Australian National Awards for Project Leadership and Innovation.
