Residential Tenancies Authority (RTA) Information

Your tenancy is covered under the Residential Tenancies and Rooming Accommodation Act 2008, which is administered by the Residential Tenancies Authority (RTA) – the Queensland Government body that supports tenants and property managers.

The RTA provides tenancy information and education, bond management and dispute resolution and compliance and enforcement services.
