We measure our impact through a combination of resident outcomes, environmental responsibility, and governance excellence. Our work is guided by the principles of ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) and aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.
We provide safe, affordable housing that supports stability, wellbeing, and opportunity for our residents.
We’re reducing our environmental footprint through smarter design, resource efficiency, and sustainable building practices.
We foster social inclusion, diversity, and partnerships that strengthen community connections.
We report transparently on our performance and continuously improve how we serve residents and stakeholders.
The Fund is an annual commitment of a minimum of $150,000 that allows us to identify and directly fund initiatives that create positive outcomes for our residents and their communities.
Watch our Impact Fund videoProviding safe and affordable housing is our number one priority, however, we know for many, accessing housing is just the beginning of their journey. The BHC Impact Fund is our commitment to actively assisting our residents to reach their potential and to live their lives with dignity and hope.
