Cornwall Street Story

October 20, 2025

This video story features our Cornwall Street development and some of the residents who call it home.

This $12.1m development was one of the first projects completed under the Queensland Government’s Partnering for Growth initiative and provides 32 new affordable homes for those who need them the most- those from the Queensland Housing Register, essential workers and young people at risk of homelessness.

The video also shares the story of our valued partnership with Brisbane Youth Service at this property.

These homes are providing life-changing opportunities for their new residents to work, connect and thrive within proximity to local services, transport and the amenity of the inner city. We are incredibly proud of the diverse community that calls Cornwall Street home.

We thank the residents featured for sharing their stories.
