Supporting residents to achieve their life goals
We know that the homes we create provide a critical platform for people to move forward with their lives. To empower people and help them to reach towards their goals and to live their lives with dignity and hope, some residents may also need support and opportunities to participate in employment, training, social and community activities.
BHC are funding a range of programs and services to support residents achieve their life goals including:
Art Therapy Program
Helping you to enjoy art in a relaxed environment, no experience necessary.
Facilitated by Communify, BHC residents are invited to participate in an art therapy program at the New Farm Neighbourhood Centre covering a range of art styles and processes including painting, drawing, collage, writing and ceramics. An experienced, creative well-being art therapist takes participants through this varied and creative program.
This free program is designed to be a safe, relaxed and inclusive space for everyone- participants are invited to connect, create, and have fun!
