BHC is an industry leader and innovator within the field of affordable housing. When the opportunity came up to be involved in the National Rental Affordability Scheme (NRAS) BHC welcomed the opportunity and as a result has been a part of NRAS since round 1 in 2008.
Over the last 10 years BHC has utilised its expertise in a diverse range of mixed tenure projects that has eventuated in BHC holding the NRAS allocations of a total of 386 units over a range of properties throughout Queensland.
