BHC Creating Liveable Communities owns and manages a number of accessible properties throughout our affordable housing portfolio. This includes a small number of Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) apartments. Eligibility for these properties is based on the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) for people who have a permanent and significant disability. SDA forms a part of the NDIS plan for some participants.
Tenants in SDA apartments have choice of housing and living supports and services.
